Minor Incident (P3): Malfunction that does not jeopardize the operation of the system nor does it affect the service provided to customers. This problem is tolerable during normal operation.
Major Incident (P2): Malfunction that causes situations that significantly affect the operation, maintenance and administration of the system and that require immediate attention.
Critical Incident (P1): Malfunction that seriously affects service, traffic, billing and/or maintain ability and requires immediate corrective action at anytime of the day. These are considered emergency situations.
